Tomorrow marks the ultimate preview of what’s ahead for the 2012 Melbourne Cup!

At Flemington, the stars of spring step out for Melbourne Cup Carnival Preview Day and will see at least 30 potential Melbourne Cup horses racing in either the Listed Bart Cummings or the Group 1 Turnbull Stakes.

All of the 13 in the Bart Cummings, run over 2520m, hold nominations for the 2012 Melbourne Cup.

Tomorrow also sees four NZ-trained horses racing at the home of the Melbourne Cup. Single Minded, prepared by Matamata-based trainer Graham Richardson races in The Bart Cummings (race 4). The 4 year-old mare Full of Spirit races in the Blazer Stakes (race 5). The Victorian Oaks prospect, Kate, races against the 3 year-old fillies in the Edward Manifold Stakes (race 6) and the Let’s Elope winner, Zurella takes her place in the Group 1 Turnbull Stakes (R7).
