Kids Go Racing will be at all the events with a great range of games for under 12’s, including colouring-in competitions, goodie bags, the Sugar-Cube Relay, Pin The Tail on the Horse and heaps more.
Kids will even have the chance to meet Hopples or Stirrup, our friendly horse mascots!

Hopples and Stirrup will have a busy summer attending the Festival events. You’ll see Hopples at all the harness events and Stirrup will be on-course at thoroughbred events. These friendly 'horses' will make an appearance in the Kids Go Racing children’s entertainment area and are keen to have their photos taken with the young ones, and those young at heart!
